Brian - I hope you will find an investor for this property.  Sounds like it might not be hard to get the second side rented.

Jennifer, I've taken two applications to rent the second side now.  I think it's a good opportunity for an investor, too!

Hi Brian, this property looks like it is so well maintained, I can hardly believe the price and still on the market.  Someone is going to see the opportunity to live in one side and rent the other.  Nice investment post Brian.
