Brian I hate to see when someone has a vision but then couldn't follow through maybe because of cost or health.   This place certainly has potential and should make a nice home for someone.  Around here at that price it would have been gone.

Jo, it's an older Lancaster city neighborhood which has some interesting architecture, and is seeing some properties being renovated.

Jennifer, this house definitely will make an excellent home or investment for the right buyer.  It's priced very competitively for the neighborhood.  Other homes in the area have been renovated, and the price trend is rising.
