Affordable Air-Conditioned Lancaster PA Townhouse
The price of this Lancaster town home has been once again reduced. At this price it's a great value for an investor or an owner-occupant - and it's not going to last long at the bottom-line price of $65,000!

Take a look at the surprisingly nice interior at such a low price!

I went to school in Lancaster, and this townhome looks just like what I remember. I always loved the look of the townhomes running through the downtown area. Lancaster PA is such a great place!
Shannon, thanks for stopping by!
I read a post you made a couple of years ago in January of 2008 I think. Anyway Iwas wanting to know about the house that you posted under 'what future for this historic home'. Is it still there? If it is can you give an address? I was just looking for it on Google earth and I cant seem find it. I'm just curious.
Dalton, the 18th-century stone home I posted about in What Future For This Historic Home is still in existence. It's on Charlestown Rd in Lancaster, between S. Centerville Rd and Millersville Rd.
Thanks!
Hi Brian,
This truly looks like a great bargain, hard to believe the price some properties are going for. It is a great time to buy if you can get the financing.
Hi Jennifer,
This home is now under agreement! Although this seller received a cash offer, it is indeed a great time to buy, with interest rates at a 40 year low.
