Brian, your client did a wonderful job restoring this home and adding modern conveniences. It has a very nice ambience.  I can't believe the price...if it was around here it would have multiple offers on it within hours of being listed.

Nice pictures....the chestnut logs have a lovely colour and even the fence fits the house !

You're right, Jo, he did a great job with the restoration.  The color of the fence matches the color of the front steps.  It all goes together nicely.

I think that eventually a couple of blocks of Howard Avenue will match Old Town for historic quality.  There are already several restored eighteenth century houses.  Others are owned by investors waiting for the right time to put money into them.
