Joey, it certainly pays to either take the time to compose good photos, or have a professional photographer over who knows what they're doing.
Jon, you're right - all the marketing in the world won't help if you don't have great photos to match the descriptions.
Brian, I'm going to agree with everyone else! Excellent pictures. Working with agents you see SO MANY horrible shots. A picture is still worth a thousand words right?!
