Brian

I am encouraging seniors and others with income property to consider installment sales .... both for tax reasons and income. Afterall if they sel l and put it in the bank or Wallstreet, what will they earn?....nothing.

April, that's my hope!  Luxury home conventional sales have been slow.

Trey, if they sell and earn 2% in the bank, and inflation goes up 5%, what have they gained?
